Our 2nd year History students and teachers had an early start this morning. They took off at 7.30am to make the journey to the Irish National Heritage Park in Wexford and then to Vinegar Hill.

They visited a Neolithic house, saw meat being cooked in a Fulachta Fiadh (A Fulachta Fiadh was a Neolithic cooking pit where hot stones were placed in a pit of water to cook meat. Watch video) and dressed up as Red Coats and United Irishmen at Vineagr Hill.
