The Westmeath County Final of the Student Enterprise Award was held in the Golden Island shopping center, in Athlone on Friday 10th March.

Paddy Wallace was representing the school for the Junior category and the Intermediate category was composed of two teams. Jack O’Regan Kenny, Jack Hand and Conor Farrell with their company Toca rusta (a wrist rest to prevent repetitive strain injury), and Tadhg Hunwick, Matas Navickas and Richard Agbaje with Mr. T (a strap-on stud system converting any trainers into football boots).

In a very competitive county final, we had one winner: Paddy Wallace, with his company Pen Den (a farm safety solution involving a cattle restraint) for best display in the Junior category.

Well done to all involved for their hard-work.
