Our school boasts many facilities necessary for the development of today’s teenagers. We have over 50 classrooms including science labs, computer rooms, a tech graphics room, technology lab, a woodwork room, a library and a fully equipped kitchen for home economics.

On site we have an indoor basketball court as well as several tarmaced basketball and soccer courts and pitches. Five minutes walk from the school is the harbour field which facilitates our G.A.A. endeavours. This consists of a full length pitch and dressing rooms.

November sees our basketball gym transform into a theatre with a capacity for over 300 viewers. The stage proves the ideal amenity for what is always, a highlight of our school calendar.

No school is an island isolated from the wider world. Coláiste Mhuire works closely with dozens of groups in the locality and facilities within the town are utilised by the school. These include Mullingar Swimming Pool, Mullingar Arts Centre and Mullingar Library to name a few. Coláiste Mhuire is aware of its students needs and the school aims to provide for these.
