Being out of routine throws us all a little bit. We all find ourselves having to explore different ways of keeping ourselves in good physical and mental health. Getting out for a walk and giving friends a phone call instead of a Snapchat are little things that we can find real value in. Remember teachers are always just an email away if you need help or advice. For other issues, maybe the following organisations can be of help.
